Everything you need to know about working together, from pricing and packages to the questions that come up most often before booking.
The details are straightforward. The intention behind them is not. Each part of the process is designed to support a day that feels natural, unforced, and fully your own.

The details are straightforward. The intention behind them is not. Each part of the process is designed to support a day that feels natural, unforced, and fully your own.
Weddings are not performances. They are real days shaped by movement, emotion, and moments that often pass unnoticed.
My approach reflects that.
I observe first, but I’m not passive. I pay attention to how the day moves, how the energy shifts, and where a small amount of direction can bring everything into place. Not to stage something, but to create the conditions where real moments can actually happen.
The goal is never a perfect version of the day, but a set of images that feels honest, atmospheric, and grounded in how it was experienced.
Working together usually begins with a short conversation about your plans, whether that’s a full wedding day in New York City or something more intimate.
From there, I help shape the photography around the natural rhythm of the day. Not to control it, but to support it, so there’s space for things to unfold without feeling rushed or overly structured.
On the day itself, the approach is steady and intentional. Present when needed, stepping back when it matters more.
The result is a collection of photographs that reflects how the day actually felt, not just how it looked.
Coverage is shaped around the way you choose to celebrate, whether it’s a full wedding day, a City Hall ceremony, or a more relaxed session in the city.
The structure is straightforward, designed to give clarity without overcomplicating the process.
Most couples book between six and twelve months in advance, especially for popular wedding dates in New York City. If your date is sooner, it’s still worth reaching out to check availability.
How far in advance should we book?
Coverage includes preparation beforehand, photography on the day itself, and a carefully edited final gallery. The focus is on documenting the full flow of the day rather than working from a fixed shot list.
What is included in your wedding coverage?
Yes. I’ll guide you on timing where needed, especially around light, locations, and how to create space in the day so things don’t feel rushed.
Do you help with planning the timeline?
The number of images depends on the length and structure of the day. A full wedding typically results in several hundred carefully edited photographs.
How many photos will we receive?
Wedding galleries are usually delivered within 8 weeks. Smaller sessions are typically delivered within 4 weeks.
When will we receive our photos?
Yes. Most weddings take place in New York City and Brooklyn, but I regularly travel for destination weddings as well.
Do you travel for weddings?
I work with a mix of digital and 35mm film. Film is used selectively throughout the day to add texture and depth, while digital ensures full coverage of key moments.
Do you shoot film or only digital?
Not at all. Most couples feel this way at first. My approach is designed to make things feel natural, with light direction when needed and space for moments to unfold on their own.
We’re not comfortable in front of the camera, is that a problem?
The process starts with a message through the contact form. From there, we’ll confirm availability, discuss your plans, and secure the date with a deposit.
How do we book you?
Yes, especially for important family groupings or key moments. Beyond that, the focus stays on documenting the day as it unfolds naturally rather than recreating a checklist.
Can we request specific photos or moments?
