It’s best to book as early as possible, especially if your wedding is during peak season (spring and fall). I typically recommend booking 9-12 months in advance to ensure availability.
How far in advance should we book you for our wedding?
I understand that you may feel a little awkward about getting photographed, but that's completely normal. In fact, about 90% of the couples I work with have never been photographed before. We are not naturally taught how to pose for pictures, so it's okay if you feel a little nervous. My goal is to make you and your partner feel comfortable in your own skin and capture your love in a natural and authentic way. You don't have to worry about trying to achieve perfect poses because I'll guide you and let the organic moments unfold naturally. The most important thing is your connection with your partner, not how you think you need to look in front of my camera. So, if you can be in love, I can handle the rest!
We are extremely awkward on photos, now what?
Although I work mostly with digital media, I love to use my analog Nikon F3 at events. You can book additional film photography or even choose it for the entire event.
Do you shoot digital or film?
I feel extremely thankful to call New York my home, but I also travel a lot. As a son of a Filipina
mom, traveling has been in my blood. Now, I have the opportunity to capture love stories in
different locations all over the world, and it's amazing. I have already photographed stories of
love in many different countries. So, if you're planning a destination wedding or event, don't
hesitate to contact me. Being able to capture love in different environments and cultures is a
truly incredible experience, and I'll always be happy to take part in it.
Will you travel for my wedding/photo session?
You can expect to receive around 400-600 carefully edited images for a full-day wedding. I usually deliver the full gallery within 6-8 weeks after the wedding, with a sneak peek of a few highlights within 48 hours.
How many photos will we
receive, and when can we expect
them?
Yes, of course. If your venue requires a certificate of insurance, please let me know so I can
arrange it.
As for backup gear, I have a very large collection of cameras and always carry a backup when I
am shooting, this also goes for lenses & lighting gear.
Do you have public liability insurance? backup gear?
Unfortunately, I am unable to provide unedited photos. The color grading process that I have
developed over the past five years is a crucial part of creating the desired mood in your photos.
My edits are a huge contributor to achieving the final result, and without them, your images
may not have the same touch.
